i just got out of bed
so far i've lost 11 lbs i had a lot of energy yesterday so far i pretty much feel the same as yesterday.. perfectly fine and wide awake i started taking real breaks from work on day 2 and 3.. meaning like going outside and walking around so i realized my idea of a break when i wasn't fasting was just to eat something whereas now that i'm not eating, my idea of a break is to go outside and walk around i've done some of these fasts before and some have led me to headaches.. well one tip i'd give is to only eat digestible food the day before u start meaning stuff like raisin brain, salad, or any other easily digestible food i haven't had any headaches throughout this, (for which i'm grateful to the Lord) i think in part to me eating digestible foods the day before i started
