as an AA male with a masters degree who has put in literally thousands of applications, i would have to agree with what he said about not getting callbacks
i put in so many applications at my job alone that someone from HR opened my profile and said it slowed down her computer i have come to the conclusion that these people just don't want to hire me the last time i interviewed was about 3 weeks ago.. i was rejected once again after doing brand new writing samples and doing a zoom interview that literally had like 8 people in it i have not applied to anything since then.. i am just over it i started writing my book again instead i have applied to so many jobs that sometimes i apply to something and i have login information there and i don't even remember applying.. its gotten to where its like beyond beating a dead horse its like ok i get it, you don't want to hire me, cool i just wanted to post this this is a really good album from a uk rapper.. i just ran across it one day like a year and a half ago i had never heard of him prior, but i heard one of the songs one day on youtube and i was impressed immediately then i listened to the whole album and its really good really great music for the gym lyrically its great, excellent execution, great beats, content, etc one thing i kinda didn't like was it seems like he mentions jay-z a lot.. he sort of aspired to be like jay-z i guess.. i think some of the uk guys back then looked up to american rap artists.. personally i just don't think it makes sense to act like another artist is so great.. 9 times out of 10 i think the artist i'm listening to is better than whoever they are aspiring to be like other than that tho.. really great album.. i figured i'd share it here because i really enjoyed it and like i said its great for the gym.. this guy is a really good rapper i was really surprised that i had never heard of him i never in a million years thought i would say this but lil wayne is my favorite rapper right now when i say never in a million years did i think i would say this, what i mean is.. wayne has been in the game for a long time but i was never really a fan i bought his first album.. he was a teen and i was a teen, i'm 2yrs younger than wayne.. so back then it was neat seeing someone my age drop an album the album was just like every other album from that era.. there really wasn't anything special about it in my opinion.. i remember really liking the song "come on" with b.g. but it really was just another album, a few decent songs, some duds, a bunch of lyrics about being in the hood and shooting people and whatever else i never really cared for wayne after that.. he nearly fell off the map for a while, then wayne started to get bigger and bigger over time.. then 2008 was like the year of lil wayne.. he was huge but the thing was, i still never cared.. i still didn't care for his music, thought it was just kinda wack.. not interesting, bars didn't do anything for me but then one day in 2015 i believe fwa came out which was "free weezy album" .. all i remember is people were saying he was going hard like "mixtape weezy" and so i gave it a listen i was really surprised at what i was hearing.. he was going really hard on whatever song i had listened to from there i just took note like "ok this guy is better than i thought" then one day i heard someone say the drought 3 was a good wayne album.. i gave it a listen and i was really surprised at how good he was spitting on there.. i particularly remember some line where he said something like "if u look in my book bag all you'll find is some cans of whoop a**" or something like that lol.. so i was not just peeping the lines and wordplay, i was also peeping the humor so at this point i was like wow this guy is nice.. but i was running into an isssue.. the issue was i didn't like his music that much.. so from there i just started reading his lyrics because i loved the lyrics but the music was just not my thing probably about 80% of the time.. maybe chalk it up to me not being big into trap, or me not being big into autotune so i was looking up his lyrics and they were always massively entertaining.. i remember one line i really liked was when he said "i got my guns drawn and i ain't talkin bout a sketch/ i only pay u dudes with reality checks/" lol.. i also liked another line where he said something about how his girl does more lines than a barcode lol so moving forward from there one day i heard dedication 6 which i think is a really good album.. i can do without the occasional three 6 talk he puts on that album.. (even the album cover is him throwing up the sign for three 6) however outside of that stuff, i think the album is amazing i really like the first track where he said something like "ima hit the red button/ blow this place to shreds, get my skateboard and shred somethin/" he also said something like "i'ma talk crazy to a deaf ngga/ and throw my set up to a blind man" or something.. it was crazy lol.. and i'm not saying it accurately, but whatever he said was pretty dope he just has so many quotables.. he has reached a level to where basically everything he says is a quotable i also listened to no ceilings 3 and he has a lot of great stuff on there as well (i still need to peep side b though) and i've peeped some of his other albums and basically.. for me, i feel that he has only gotten better and better with time, and i can say he's my favorite today because i've been able to find stuff i actually like to listen to.. like non trap and non autotune stuff.. i suppose rap in general is moving away from those things which imo is a good thing but anyway, his level of skill and his dedication have been incredible i could go on but i'll just say this.. i feel that wayne is the male goat and nicki is the female goat the quality of wayne's verses is just.. this guy's brain is out there man he's my favorite to listen to right now, he always entertains me like no other when i put his music on im different from traditional wayne fans really because i never got into him until like 2015 and i think he raps way better now than he ever did in 2008 or whatever here are a two examples of songs i like where he went in (listen to how he totally washed juelz santana on his own song smh) its better to have a good 2 days than a bad 2 years i came up with that today the explanation behind it is this i am a big believer in taking heed to red flags when you take heed to red flags, one thing you will notice is your relationships will be much shorter than if you overlook them it may initially seem lame to have shorter relationships, but the truth is: "its better to have a good 2 days than a bad 2 years" i believe red flags are God speaking to you, telling you the truth about something before you're in too deep "a great and strong wind rent the mountains, and brake in pieces the rocks before the Lord; but the Lord was not in the wind: and after the wind an earthquake; but the Lord was not in the earthquake: And after the earthquake a fire; but the Lord was not in the fire: and after the fire a still small voice." what those scriptures mean to me is this:
you don't need a blow out argument you don't need cheating you don't need that person to cuss out your grandmother you don't need that person to slash your tires you don't need domestic violence you don't need 3 years just to realize you don't love someone all you need is the Lord's voice, in the form of a red flag truth be told, if you really legitimately heed red flags, sometimes you won't even get as far as a first date in which case the motto would be more like "its better to have a good 5 minutes than a bad 2 years" because you won't make it past 5 minutes without seeing a red flag but that saves you time, effort, energy, and money so yeah.. that's pretty much my motto i've avoided some gorgeous, yet problematic women this way.. aka i've saved myself heartache anyway.. that's all i wanted to say hollaback oh wait one more thing to any men reading this, i honestly feel like this is for somebody: feminism is a red flag.. in other words, DO NOT under any circumstance date a women who calls herself a feminist done. i have seen people on the internet for maybe the past 8 years or so arguing about who the real jews are
whether you are a jew or not, what does that change in your life? if you find out you are a true jew: does your lifespan change? do you inherit some money? do you get a free pass to sin? do you get some extra talents? if anyone knows what u get then comment me because i don't understand why so many people argue about this "after about 10 months of doing h*e sh*t, i'm ready for a relationship" modern women prepare for marriage with whoredom
this is literally how they prepare for relationships and marriage.. by going out and banging a bunch of guys so the exact OPPOSITE of how they should prepare for a man, is what they are doing to prepare for a man a woman saying "i finished my h*e phase, now i'm ready to be married" is like a man saying: "i'm done doing nothing with my life, i got the laziness out of my system.. i've sat around played video games and worked part time at walmart, and i've never lived on my own.. and i have no education.. now i'm ready to put all of that behind me and get a wife" you modern women are idiots this is how you modern women sound: "i've officially been ran through- who's ready to marry me?" women in the 50s prepared for a man by learning about men, learning to cook, learning to be a man's safe zone.. women learned to be a place of peace for men nowadays you women prepare for a man by developing ties with other men, having kids with other men, aborting babies by other men, and living in lust and whoredom you skanks have no self awareness whatsoever, and you deserve every bad thing you receive January was storming the capitol
February was the winter storm March: robert aaron long killing 8 people (6 of them being asian) / also the derrick jaxn thing / there was also a shooting in colorado where 10 died April: dmx / the police shot a 13 yr old in chicago named adam toledo / female cop shot daunte wright who was just sitting in his car / fed ex shooting that left 8 people dead sidenote: it appears people are beginning to see that the vaccines are killing people.. this may not be major news however right now in april it does seem like people are waking up.. there is talk about blood clots, seizures, heart attacks, etc have to add more to april: black rob, shock g, and justice for george floyd even though i consider myself to be a part of the manosphere, i can still recognize some things in it that are not really congruent
i want to point out one of those things and this is more for black men than for white men this is what it is we all know black men like fat women, thick women, bbw women, even just flat out obese women we all know black men will gladly bang a 350lb woman and behind closed doors he will tell her she is beautiful and that she has the best body because her weight goes to all the right places but in the black manosphere, guys pretend like they all want fit women.. they will tell women they are disqualified from certain men because of their weight i will go on record and say this is one thing that needs to be ironed out in the black manosphere we all know black men like fat women with huge boobs and huge butts so stop all this cap in the black manosphere talking about how women need to get back in the gym to live up to our standards personally, i have never changed, i have always liked bigger women.. i've been this way my whole life but you guys in the black manosphere need to make up your minds.. you're sending mixed messages |
