I ran across a video on youtube about how taking a cold shower can be helpful i thought about it for a bit and then decided i would try it out so i did it this morning here is my experience i had it on the coldest setting so it obviously felt super cold.. i put one leg in.. then i got the other leg in.. then i was standing there.. then i did a countdown.. 5, 4, 3, 2, 1 and put my whole body under the water i started breathing in and out really hard and i stood there in like a "ready" stance bracing myself as i withstood it for a few seconds before i grabbed the soap the experience is pretty much as you would imagine it lol.. its intense but as i was in there it got easier.. and i guess that was what i didn't expect.. that "turnaround" that happens seems to bring with it a certain feeling of exhilaration.. it reminded me of one of those old 5 gum commercials when u finish the shower u feel like duke nukem or something
usually when i get out of the shower i am reaching for a towel to dry off because I'm cold, but when i got out of the cold shower i just wasn't cold anyway.. when i saw that video on youtube saying a cold shower is a good thing i had my doubts but i have to admit the way it made me feel was pretty fly to be honest i may have found my new way of showering peeps oh one more thing.. when i got out, my stomach started acting bonkers.. I'm not sure if that was related or not though
