i don't know why i'm saying any of this.. maybe procrastination is trying to destroy me, but hey whatever maybe this will help someone?
yo' being fat is like one of the worst things ever when i was younger i was always like.. had baby fat or whatever.. i was always still pretty normal but i was kinda chubby this makes it so that weight always tends to be in the back of my mind once i hit puberty all my extra weight kinda just disappeared which is why a lot of people don't know i used to be a little chubby being fat is seriously wack tho what makes it wack beyond the basic embarassment is just the actual feeling.. like my thighs used to rub together and i remember sometimes the inside of my thighs would actually burn from rubbing together so much or like i used to get headaches a lot u get various issues when ur body is not being tended to or taken care of the way it should be the other issue beyond those things is the fact that it is ongoing.. in that generally it just stays until u consciously make it go away (unless u hit puberty, or like have a medical emergency or something) in your mind u always think.. "man i'll have to probably work out for months to get to where i want to be" but the issue is u want to be thin RIGHT NOW! so u get discouraged and ur just like.. "man screw it, where's the ice cream" lol one thing id recommend to people who want to lose weight is try to use momentum to your advantage, like.. "ok since i went to sleep on an empty stomach i'll try to do a few situps too" "ok since i did a few situps i'll try to replace my dr. pepper with water" "ok since i did that let me try this" etc also determination is important for anyone who wants to lose weight... like if u screw up and eat a whole cheesecake, instead of crying, forgive yourself as fast as you can and try to get back in your zone another great tip for losing weight is eat like don't deprive yourself, however eat a lot of healthy foods BEFORE u eat pizza like i've said this before but i'll say it again instead of saying "i won't eat pizza" say.. "i will eat healthy foods first" eat about 4 or 5 healthy foods and if u still want pizza then eat it, but the cool thing is, maybe u won't be hungry anymore or maybe u will have less room for it like "gee i want pizza" so u eat salad, then a protein drink, then oatmeal, then an apple, then u eat.. i don't know activia or something then if u STILL want pizza just eat it.. but try to do this every time u want junk food losing weight is generally a daunting task i know because of how i used to be and also because i've put on weight in the past 2 yrs or so however its something u can do also i want to point something else out my friend devon is always trying to gain weight.. she says its lame because the more she eats, the more gross she feels hearing her say this really made me think.. when u think about it from that perspective, u actually kinda have an advantage over someone who is so skinny that they want to put on weight cuz they have to pack on pounds and feel worse until they're at a normal body-weight, but u get to feel better each day! so in a sense, its like semi positive to be in your position because u can severely improve your quality of life... but being super skinny and having to pack on pounds would seriously feel gross when u think about it lol just a few thoughts
