i bought this today at american eagle i like the rustic look to it i pretty much wear my necklaces until they break.. i never take them off if you look at my pictures sometimes you can tell the time period by what necklace i'm wearing sometimes people ask me what my necklace means or something lol.. nothing! but if it starts a conversation u can't complain i know some people get religious symbols on their necklace or jewelry however i'm not really into that kind of thing btw if i get some time one day, i may try to just make my own necklace and see how that comes out

have you ever been with someone who made you feel like you were just someone to keep them happy until someone better came along? they talk about flirting with other people or they talk about their future and don't mention you in it they talk about making some kind of 'couple' decision by themselves yuck.. way to go! good job at making your significant other feel insignificant i had nothing to say in conclusion to that.. just wanted to spotlight that situation and how annoying it can be ++++++ i miss blender magazine it was definitely a great magazine.. the best part about it to me was that it was great content in a very informal package they'd always make fun of people or take quotes out of context for a laugh.. but at the same time they'd get some great interviews i remember when i used to buy these, most of the time i was ahead of the curve.. like when they gave m.i.a's first album 'arular' album of the year.. i had the album for about 6 months already.. and prior to that 6 months, i was WAITING for the album to drop in the states for a few months lol ++++++ so i accidentally bought 1-ply toilet paper recently trust me when i tell you, its no less than an abomination. why do they even make that ish? ++++++ i'm actually really looking forward to windows 8 if someone gave me a lot of money, say $3,000 to buy any computer i want right now, i would NOT buy a mac.. windows gives you more for the money.. and with them having less and less technical and compatibility issues, i honestly see them as being far better (more user friendly, less proprietary) than apple the main reason i got a mac was because windows was slippin for a while.. i was getting too many technical difficulties, but since they've been doing better and making more stable machines, i really want to go back to their platform i mean, mac doesn't even come with any decent word processor i mean seriously that is just absurd ++++++ i had to sign up for twitter for one of my classes real talk twitter is the most retarded "website" ever i don't know how they achieved such a milestone of ass.. i'd probably say its even worse than facebook.. no.. on second thought.. no facebook is the plymouth rock of ass.. let's just say they are both lame for different reasons i really hate these sites that strip you of your identity and pool you and 300 of your ACQUAINTANCES (<-- because most of these people are not your actual friends) into one global network of worthlessness limits on characters? really? its almost ensuring that every statement will be worthless! you know what really drives me nuts? when someone only has a facebook, a twitter, and a pinterest or whatever other useless site they come up with i see you on 10 different websites and i still can't talk to u i see you on 10 different websites and its all just a fragmented mess.. here's a pic of you drinking, here's a quote from dr. seuss, here's an internet meme with chuck norris on it why don't people make personal websites anymore? anyone without an account on anything can come to my website, check me out, read what i have to say, see what i do, comment, see my contact info, see what i look like, or whatever.. and the great part about it is, i don't have to have my outlooks and opinions approved by the politically correct masses the masses of people who spout off an opinion they saw on tv.. never stopping to think "hmm, maybe tv could be lying to me" LOL i can't believe signing up for twitter counts as an assignment and i actually have to use it too! smh ++++++ i was thinking recently about how i used to listen to insane clown posse in the 90s and one of the main things that they had that other bands didn't have was mystery.. when you go into a store and see an album cover that looks like this: you tend to wonder not only about what does the music sound like.. but also you wonder what they talk about
i was thinking, kids today don't have that mystery experience.. you just go to youtube and type a song in or like in icp's case they put out 6 albums that were all part of one big chronological story.. well today you can hear the last song before you hear the first .. do you really get the full experience in this scenario? are you experiencing the piece-by-piece unraveling of each element until all aspects are appreciated and understood? unfortunately, no. in other words, when its out of context, you may listen to each of their songs and still not "get it" i actually tend to think the same way about sex people have sex with someone in the first week of meeting them and wonder why the relationships don't work out i tend to think they are experiencing things outside of the correct context.. outside of the way they were meant to be received.. no real development, courtship, process, etc. key to enjoyment in a thing? have respect for the process that goes along with it ++++++ just a few thoughts i didn't enjoy today
the power was out for what.. 10 hours? i wasn't able to do any of my homework my roommate had a party about 5 days ago and still hasn't taken the trash out or vacuumed or anything i already called the apartment to spray for bugs the last time he did this and now here he is doing it again i went to wal-mart to pass time since it was the only place open.. decided to buy something and the section was closed off for mopping or something then i decided to go to the bathroom and that was also closed off decided to look for something else and they didn't have it i'm tired and i've been hot all day, no matter where i go i'm hot came to the conclusion today that i won't be renewing my lease i really loathe this city "i don't want somebody loving everybody i need a shy guy.. that's the kind of guy who will only be mine" diana king was droppin gems.. but did any women notice?
the shy and the sensitive.. the media tries to paint us out as worthless or boring but when these women have 3 kids and no spouse and no stability then they start to realize maybe the sensitive, nerdy, caring, boring, sensible, geeky, shy, polite, introverted, stable guy with no jail record was actually a decent choice he was never going to cheat on you, he was always going to hold you to a high standard and make you into a better woman, and he was always going to take care of you and value you it takes someone like diana king to realize that before its too late sometimes not sayin introverts are the only good guys but the media tries to make it like if you're not a jersey shore type dude then you have no value! NOT TRUE! and another thing.. since so many of u women want to change men.. why not try to dust off someone who already seems like a good guy? why not say "i'm gnna make this shy guy come out of his shell more" ? why do u have to go and find the biggest ladies-man slash cheater and say "i'm gnna take this man-whore and tame him?" i mean seriously which option is better? just a few thoughts oh yeah.. and want to point out that i really love how jamaican music and hip hop were so closely linked in the 90s.. back then you had shabba ranks, patra, ini kamoze, diana king, shaggy, born jamericans, mad lion, superkat and more!!!! (btw i might do some more short blogs like this in the future- talking about how songs coincide with real life issues.. i have a belief that songs are far more educational than what they are given credit for as long as they're looked at with a perceptive/objective eye) for the past few months i've taken a big interest in collectors/collecting
i mostly like to look up collectors on youtube i just watched a video where a teenager sold a trading card to some collector or 'fan' for over $100,000... we're not talking about a babe ruth card from the 30s or whenever he played.. we are talking about a 5-yr old card that was mass produced the newscaster guy was wondering why someone bought the card for that much since its only worth the value you place on it he said its "irrational exuberance" wow.. what a perfect way to put it instead of like wanting to complete an obstacle in life, instead you'd rather complete a collection of something.. and doing so makes you feel a sense of accomplishment i guess you got a pro-bowler's old pair of bowling shoes from 1989 and you think it was a 'steal' at $5,000.. but your wife or girlfriend thinks you're an idiot lol collecting is madd like.. interesting.. some of the psychology behind it is worth a look imo the economic side of it is fascinating as well wow this is crazy.. why didn't he just sell his house and downsize?
but i'm not dissing him, i just don't think many people would have pity on a millionaire who commits insurance fraud.. it just makes him look very greedy and lazy again, not a diss, but seriously it just sounds bonkers |
