i've heard here and there that they've been passing laws against sagging pants
personally i've never been a person who did that i only thought sagging was cool in the early 90s tho, like when it first came out back then it was all about baggy clothes and i wore my clothes baggy and people used to think i was sagging but i wasn't.. people would just assume i was sagging all the time when the new millennium hit, it was like sagging had been over for a few years, but people some people were still doin it.. but for the most part it was already over now as for people making laws against sagging, to me its just proof that people passing laws must have nothing to do sagging is way past its hey-day, so why even pay it any attention? so a few people (most likely in urban areas) still walk around with their pants low, with a shirt covering their behind.. so what? i mean honestly who cares? its like the only time u see their underwear is if they bend over or move into an awkward position, and then all u have to do is turn your head i say this because i dealt with it all throughout my last 2 yrs of high school.. like "i can see his behind, i can't believe he's wearing his pants around his ankles.. ah well i guess i'll look in a diff direction" like it wasn't a big deal, i don't understand why a person would make it a big deal for example, if u turn on the tv you are most likely going to be exposed to seeing someone in their underwear at some point.. are you going to pass a law against that? plus i don't even understand what the big deal is about seeing someone in their underwear.. like ok maybe if they were naked that would be an issue.. like "dog, i just saw your balls and i didn't enjoy that" but how are u really gonna get upset because u saw someone's underwear? like its not really a big deal in my opinion i mean if u really want to make it so citizens don't have to deal with something that is offensive and annoying then ban smokers from smoking outside in front of every building go to any store of any kind and at any given moment u have 2 employees and at least one customer standing outside smoking, so anyone who doesn't smoke has to walk through that horrid stench... that unfiltered cloud of nicotine is just a reality non-smokers have to deal with i mean there are a lot more important things to focus on than sagging pants whoever is sitting around talkin about sagging, to me they just seem like morons, like either pass a whole set of indecency laws or just leave it alone and chalk it up to "if ur gonna walk outside or watch tv there are some things ur just gonna have to deal with" but sagging is mostly a youth, and urban area thing so when u zero in on that u seem like u are picking on a certain group of people which is ridiculous
