sometimes i wonder.. who doesn't have a.d.d.?
i mean some people straight up don't have it (type a personalities) but i'd say type b people have it more often than not it seems like guys have a.d.d. more than women i'd say that's probably because of the history of men, men in the past going out and hunting for food while women clean or take care of a baby men were action oriented whereas women were routine oriented think of the adrenaline rush men had daily.. i think this is why when i sit in a chair at work with no food and no music it feels like complete torture, like its against who i am as a person the nature of the work is so different, if ur outside looking for an animal to kill and simultaneously tryin not to get killed by an animal its like ur mind just goes with the flow, ur focused but the circumstances change so much that its like u get used to thinking of a lot at once and a boring/devoted focus on one thing in that sense would become difficult over time women however, inside a house cooking, or cleaning, or taking care of a baby, its like task started, task completed, task started, task completed, with little to no variation or change of circumstance, so with that said, over time it would be easier to just focus on a thing and see it out even if it was madd boring, mundane and routine cuz that's what they were used to but anyway.. a.d.d. might be serious, to me its more like a personality type than a disorder, but my thing is, get a grip on yourself.. if u are disorganized, find out how to get organized, what works for u? if u can't take notes in class bring a recorder, if u can't read instruction manuals then date someone who is type A just do what u can u know? survival peaCe
