i've talked about women before and how they are not objective in their assessments of situations
some of you may remember when i spoke about this, i said i always knew women were not objective because my sister always did things like ask who told a joke before she decided to laugh at it, or she would always only say dark skinned women were pretty and no one else (my sister is dark skinned) this phenomenon is why getting advice from women in the arena of relationships is always going to yield the same result "you are wrong and the girl is right" why? "because i am a girl" and please understand- this staunch mindframe is multiplied if the girl is the same race as the girl who is giving you advice some of you may have thought i was just talking to be talking... well here is the scientific proof: In-group bias Rudman & Goodwin (2004) conducted research on gender bias that measured gender preferences without directly asking the participants. Subjects at Purdue and Rutgers participated in computerized tasks that measured automatic attitudes based on how quickly a person categorizes pleasant and unpleasant attributes with each gender. Such a task was done to discover whether people associate pleasant words (good, happy, and sunshine) with women, and unpleasant words (bad, trouble, and pain) with men.[1] This research found that while both women and men have more favorable views of women, women's in-group biases were 4.5 times stronger[1] than those of men, and only women (not men) showed cognitive balance among in-group bias, identity, and self-esteem, revealing that men lack a mechanism that bolsters automatic own group preference. in other words: women can be characterized as thinking "if I am good and I am female, females are good," whereas men can be characterized as thinking "even if I am good and I am male, men are not necessarily good." i think this is also part of the reason why women are comparatively more gullible than men
