i was thinking about this recently and i want to speak on this so that it is written down somewhere on this huge thing called the internet because i've never seen anyone address it in my life i have been a fan of a lot of bands over the years and the main one that has always been dissed by people is the insane clown posse when i first saw icp i was like afraid of them because their albums were just black with a joker on the front like this well over time i gave them a try and i really liked them.. for me- they are like 311 in that, all the music they did in the 90s was basically flawless so when i realized how good they were i began to wonder why everyone always dissed them if i ever told anyone i liked icp they'd go into a long tirade about how they're the worst band of all time and i'm a terrible human being for liking them but i realized the people who were saying these things never even heard a full album.. or probably never even heard a full song from icp so where did they get these notions from? there are 3 people who diss icp.. 1. journalists 2. people who have heard icp music and disapprove 3. people who are taking a journalist's word as law i want to explain why everyone always disses them so everyone who sees this will know the main reason is this: ICP IS AGAINST RACISM this is the defining factor about this group that i have realized challenges racist and classist notions in society they challenge people to see others as equals as opposed to seeing them as hopeless derelicts and trash i don't even listen to icp anymore really but still to this day i hear people bashing them because they heard 10 other people bash them.. so it becomes a parrot-fest i am not on here trying to tell you to listen to them, like i said i really only listened to their 90s music so that's not my intent, my intent is to explain why people are always dissing them so hard and why they go out of their way to diss them its because icp is a group of white guys who are against racism and classism.. they actually diss racist people and rich people in their music constantly... they are always talking about how they need to treat people with respect and share their wealth racist white people HATE icp for this its just real.. this is the root of all that negative press that follows icp white journalists who have an "us vs. them" mentality will always hate insane clown posse for saying things like (you can legit just read what's there without clicking play) so of course things like that are going to ruffle feathers in the journalism world icp has countless examples of being against racism.. its really like built into their image's dna.. so i hope everyone understands that that is why they have always been bashed so hard i don't really listen to them anymore.. for me they got me through high school and i think their 90s music is their best by far.. but i just want everyone to understand where the animosity toward them comes from

brah..... i just had some mint oreos and they had me like: i am going to go on record and say whoever created them deserves 7 concubines
when i was little, people used to ask me what i wanted to be when i grew up i always used to say i wanted to be a rapper, a basketball player, or a video game player people used to always say to me: "there's no such thing as a video game player" this is a screen shot from forbes magazine online: now.. just because we didn't see how these sorts of things would be possible in the 80s and early 90s.. didn't mean they would never come to pass the point is... people can be really shortsighted and they can box you in with their unbelief and lack of vision i would go so far as to say we haven't even seen the full potential of video games as income.. wait until we see more "olympic" style competitions.. and when someone brings gambling into console gaming, people will be quitting their jobs to train on these who knew everything they told me was wrong?
they said go to school, they said go to college i make just enough money to get by and i have tons of debt.. i'm single and i sit in a cubicle 8 hours a day who knew everything they said was a lie how does anyone in this world have a chance when all of our advice and guidance is given to us in ignorance? men have a certain connection with their women its like.. its something you have to tread lightly around because if you say the wrong thing about a man's girl you might get dealt with so the other day a cool guy at my job showed me a picture of his g/f a lot of times men don't really show u their girl.. they kinda keep her hidden in a sense once i heard that women talk about the good parts of their men but men only talk about the bad parts of their women.. i agree with that women sort of like to brag and say "oh he bought me this" or "oh he took me to this place" or whatever men just tell other guys how their woman is getting on their nerves lol.. its not in malice, its just how we communicate.. we laugh amongst ourselves at how crazy our woman is so anyway.. this guy showed me a picture of his girl and i realized i was in a bit of an awkward position i didn't want to not say anything but i also didn't want to be like "DANG SHE FINE OOH WEE!" cuz that might be too much lol so i just said "yeah she's cute" and that was it and he was like "thanks man" so i was glad i didn't overdo it or underdo it its a bit of a tightrope when a guy shows u his girl.. u don't want to make it seem like u want to bang her but you don't want to make it seem like she is ugly either ++++++++++++++ oh speaking of this.. i also want to say something about this girl at my job oh man her booty is so nice she is supposedly engaged.. i say supposedly because i mean.. to me it just seems like they are shacking up.. like i've known them for months and they've lived together the whole time and they talk like husband and wife but when is this marriage going to happen? like- i don't really get it.. if you want to be married then get married? like i don't know their whole situation but that's part of why i'm writing this- cuz i don't get it so the other day she was wearing capris or something and on her leg she had a tattoo of her fiance's name then like the very next day she was wearing these tight pants that show every little wiggle of her booty.. and you know how women are these days.. they wear those tight pants and the back of their shirt never goes over their butt.. its always magically high enough to show the entire booty on full display now.. my confusion is like.. would a woman who is committed to a man wear those type of pants for real? i mean.. thinking back.. i wish i had taken a picture of her butt because her butt is like literally perfect.. i'm not being a pervert right now either its not so much that i am trying to look at her butt, its more of her putting a huge spotlight on it
i don't understand.. like if a woman wears pants like that KNOWING her booty is amazing.. then doesn't that mean she is seeking outward attention? and if she is seeking outward attention, then what does that say about her current relationship? do u peeps think i'm looking too much into this? i mean i was just confused as to why she would wear those pants like that i mean honestly her booty in those pants is like.. lets put it like this i went up to the only other black guy at my job and i said "man her booty is crazy!" he was like "who?" all i did was point to where her seat was and his eyes lit up and he was like "man, I KNOW!" lol see that's what i'm saying.. like it wasn't just me- her booty is legit on display but my question is WHY? why would a woman who is essentially "off-limits" wear something like that? and furthermore..... this is what really puzzled me- why does her man let her wear those pants? like i wouldn't want my girl showing her butt and boobs like that when i'm not around i just don't understand how he sees his girl put those pants on and he just lets her leave the house like that i mean its just weird.. like i can see if its a single girl.. but this girl is bringing a lot of attention to herself.. like i said her butt is already big and round.. so when you wear tight pants with flower patterns on them, and the back of your shirt doesn't cover ANY of it- it makes me think you are really doing this on purpose but why? am i just underestimating women's need for attention? women don't even care that they are taken? they still want us men to look? or is it saying that there is trouble in paradise? yo i really like this car.. its called the lotus esprit
if i can ever get one of these i def want to rock it beyonce really is all about that blonde hair huh? i'm not hatin or anything- imo u can do whatever u want to your hair.. but like
she literally wears the blonde so much you would think she was born with blonde hair i mean dang, brah and man.. in the "colorism" talks among black people.. do we ever ask why its only men who get the hostility? black women get on men for A. dating outside their race or B. supposedly liking lighter skinned black women over darker ones, but shouldn't someone like beyonce be just as guilty as anyone for the imagery put out there? i mean.. look at alicia keys for example.. she is half white and you don't see her rocking blonde hair even half as much as beyonce (if ever) not saying beyonce is wrong for it- but like.. i'm just asking.. in the vain of "colorism" in the black community- what effect does someone like beyonce have on young black women? on a purely visual standpoint, is her effect constructive or destructive? or does it even matter? what do u guys think? is it always the men who are to blame for black women feeling like no one likes their dark skin or dark hair? if you've seen chris rock's movie/documentary "good hair" i probably already know your stance... and if you haven't seen it- watch it. just a few thoughts |
