i just wanted to say real quick
the biggest issue i have with people when talking about juicing is taste people say "ew that sounds gross" yeah some of them are not tasty but its not about taste.. its about your health ok so you force down a celery smoothie in two minutes.. but you get those health benefits, you get to live with all these extra vitamins and minerals that you would otherwise not get.. your body feeds off of what you put into it.. i am not saying don't eat things you like, i am saying juice once or twice a day to feed your cells, feed your brain.. feed the overall functioning of your body like i said, you will drink it within 2 minutes.. can you try to do something you don't like for two minutes? or are you going to keep telling me "it sounds nasty" ?? this is not directed towards anyone, i just keep hearing about how juicing is nasty but people are focusing on the most temporary aspect of something that can be a real blessing to your life and well-being just look up health benefits of any fruit or vegetable online.. then imagine if you juiced about 4 or 5 of those per day. thats all i'm saying
