i lost a lot of weight over the past 2 weeks
i don't think anyone will be able to tell but me tho anyway here's what i've been doing the past 2 weeks 1. i stopped eating snacks such as donuts, muffins, candybars, fruit snacks, etc the only snack i allowed myself to eat for the past 2 weeks was cheese-its.. so all my food was meals, like a sandwich or whatever and that would be it, as opposed to a sandwich with cookies and ish 2. i started working out.. and not a lot, but i started making it a point to drop everything and do some sort of exercise.. the problem i've always had has been the "drop everything" part.. in school u get a lot of responsibilities.. i'm sorry, i am tired of feeling like a fatass so school has to be put on the backburner sometimes seriously 3. i started eating a source of fiber twice a day 4. i stopped going to taco bell 5. i switched from white bread to wheat bread 6. tried to go to sleep on an empty stomach whenever possible 7. here's an important one.. whenever possible, i tried to eat a lot of healthy stuff FIRST (not exactly instead-of) one not-healthy thing for example.. when ur really hungry u want a pizza or something with a lot of calories to satisfy ur hunger instead just say "i'll eat a salad first" then once u eat that and ur still hungry then have whole grain cereal.. then once u have that and ur still hungry then u have a protein drink.. keep going like that until u forget about wanting that pizza this way u don't feel deprived, u just kinda keep eating healthy food until u no longer want the cheeseburger and fries or whatever.. if u eat like 4 or 5 healthy things and u still want the pizza then i say u might as well eat that ish lol.. but still u will at least have less room for it at that point ok thas whassup u guys just wanted to put this stuff out there ok peaCe
