is 'fame' all its cracked up to be?
i think people equate fame with success, however fame and success are two different things one problem with fame is the fact that it can turn you into a puppet.. you are a figurehead of sorts and so u don't want to do anything to jeopardize your status as a "well-liked" figure you have to basically conform to whatever is acceptable by the general public, whatever is politically correct.. u can never say something controversial to the modern public and keep your place as an icon when u are famous u are really trapped inside of an image.. and if you deviate outside of that image u can/will be demonized and ostracized from your fans and funds i've seen beyonce do the soulja boy dance.. i've seen chris brown do the dougie.. all these people do is whatever is trendy at the moment question fame.. like is that really what u want to aspire to be? a puppet? u have to be "on" all the time for your fans who supposedly love you and don't even know you.. it is very superficial.. and here is something that is absurd about fame.. people praise those who don't even need any encouragement! "kanye i love you, you're great!" meanwhile kanye has a yacht and 2 houses and a condo and he's having sex with a different girl every night and there might be some guy in your life who just lost his job or something.. he could really use encouragement or support but you don't give him any because he's not famous.. no one cheers him on and he needs it.. and kanye thinks ur a pion and u tell him he's the best lol a rapper might say something like: "f*ck yall broke nggas" ^who do u think he is referring to? YOU! LOL i just wanted to put this out there as just some ish to think about i wrote this weeks ago but i'm just now posting it cuz i had nothing to say today lolz fame is just absurd in some ways u feel what i'm sayin?
